微波介质陶瓷粉体的制备研究

【摘要】 钛酸盐系陶瓷材料是一类重要的微波介质陶瓷,具有高介电常数、高品质因素、低频率温度系数等特点,其中含稀土的钛酸盐系化合物又是微波介质陶瓷体系很重要的组成部分。研究了草酸盐共沉淀法合成钛酸钕的工艺过程,提出了可能的反应机制,研究了灼烧温度对粉体粒度的影响,并用X射线衍射对粉体进行了表征,测定了粉体的粒度及比表面积,结果表明,用该方法合成的钛酸钕,其组成为Nd2Ti2O7, 粒度(D50)为0.3~1.2 μm,比表面积为1.5~5.3 m2·g-1。

【Abstract】 Titanate serious ceramic material is a kind of important microwave medium ceramic that has some good characteristics such as high dielectric constant, high character factor, low frequency temperature coefficient, etc. Among them, titanate compounds containing rare earth is a very important part of microwave medium ceramic material. The process of synthesizing neodymium titanate by the method of oxalic acid co-precipitation was studied and the possible reaction mechanism was brought forward, the influence of calcinating temperature to the particle size was also researched . The crystal structure, particle size and specific surface area of Nd2Ti2O7 were studied by X-ray, particle size device and specific surface area instrument . The results show that the composition of neody-mium titanate synthesized is Nd2Ti2O7, the particle size are between 0.3-1.2 μm, and the specific surface area are between 1.5-5.3 m2·g-1.
