微乳液法制备添加B的长余辉发光材料SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy2+

【摘要】 采用微乳液法制备了添加B的SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料,借助于材料的激发光谱、发射光谱和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了硼酸的加入量、灼烧温度对SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+发光材料发光性能的影响。结果表明:硼酸的加入量为5%,灼烧温度为1200℃,恒温2 h,可制备出发光性能优良的长余辉发光材料。
【Abstract】 The B-doped long afterglow phosphors SrAl2O4:Eu2+, Dy3+ was prepared by microemulsion method. Effects of doped B and sintering temperature on luminescent properties of phosphors SrAl2O4:Eu2+ , Dy3+ were investigated by means of excitation spectra, emission spectra and SEM analysis. As a result, the high-quality phosphors could be obtained by the process which the amount of H3BO3 is 5% , 1200 ℃ sintering temperature required and the constant temperature kept for 2 h .
