稀土助催化剂对CO2重整CH4反应的作用

【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备了含稀土助剂的Ni/BaTiO3催化剂,研究了不同含量的La对镍基催化剂催化活性的影响。结果显示,以La含量为 1.5%(质量分数)时最佳;同时考察了La,Pr,Ho 3种稀土元素及不同的浸渍顺序对Ni/BaTiO3催化活性的影响。结果表明,La和Ho有良好的助剂作用,且分浸法制备的Ni-RE/BaTiO3(RE=La,Pr,Ho)催化剂的活性和稳定性要优于分浸法制备的RE-Ni/BaTiO3催化剂和共浸法制备的(RE-Ni)/BaTiO3催化剂。
【Abstract】 Some Ni/BaTiO3 catalysts containing rare earth promoters were prepared by impregnation. The influence of adding different content La on catalytic activities was investigated. The results show that the catalyst constituted of 1.5%La-5 .0%Ni/BaTiO3 is optimum . Also the activity influences were studied with the addition of La, Pr or Ho and different impregnation order. The results show that La and Ho play important roles as promoters, and the Ni-RE/BaTiO3 ( RE = La, Pr, Ho ) catalysts exhibit higher catalytic activities and stabilities.
