稀土掺杂对Tb-Fe-Co薄膜磁光性能的影响研究

【摘要】 通过改变比较不同稀土元素的掺杂效果,研究了轻稀土元素Nd,Pr和Ce的掺杂对TbFeCo薄膜磁光性能的影响。结果表明,在TbFeCo薄膜中掺入一定量的轻稀土元素,可改善薄膜的磁光性能,提高薄膜的本征克尔角、矫顽力和矩形度。其中,Nd掺杂的效果最好,掺杂后薄膜的磁光克尔角可达0.47°,矫顽力可达3.4×105A·m-1。
【Abstract】 The amorphous TbFeCo magnetic-optical thin films are r.f.-magnetron sputtered onto glass substrate. Light rare earth was introduced into these TbFeCo films. Magneto-optical characteristics of these films are measured and Kerr-loops are obtained. The influences of different kind of addition on magneto-optical properties of the amorphous films are investigated and the comparison between them is made. Results show that the magneto-optical characteristics of films improve, which result from the addition of light rareearthin the TbFeCo films. The Kerr angle, Hc and rectangle grade of the amorphous TbFeCo film improve . The result of Nd dopping is the best, whose Kerr angle is 0.47°, and Hc is 3.4x 105A·m-1.
