【Abstract】 A giant magnetostrictive force sensor was studied. The structure of the magnetostrictive force sensor was presented. Input-output characteristic, relation between magnetic flux density in the airgap and applied stress on the magnetostrictive force sensor was computed by the finite element method. And the giant magnetostrictive material was proved to be suitable for use in force sensor.更多还原
