超磁致伸缩力传感器的研究

【摘要】 对超磁致伸缩力传感器进行了研究,给出了力传感器的结构,并采用有限元法计算了力传感器的输入输出特性曲线。验证了超磁致伸缩材料适于制作力传感器。
【Abstract】 A giant magnetostrictive force sensor was studied. The structure of the magnetostrictive force sensor was presented. Input-output characteristic, relation between magnetic flux density in the airgap and applied stress on the magnetostrictive force sensor was computed by the finite element method. And the giant magnetostrictive material was proved to be suitable for use in force sensor.
