高钛渣中TiC表面电荷的形成与破坏
The Formation and the Destruction of Surface Charge of TiC in the Titania Slag

【摘要】 研究了高钛渣电导率与TiC含量、粒度的关系。TiC含量增加,炉渣电导率先减小后增加;TiC粒度增加,炉渣电导率增加。TiC对炉渣电导率的影响规律表明,TiC在渣中带有电荷,形成胶体颗粒。提高炉渣粘度:碱性电解质能够改变TiC带电状态,降低炉渣粘度。
【Abstract】 The conductivity of the titania slag and the relationship between the conductivity and the size and the concentration (wt%) of TiC particles were studied. Increasing the concentration of TiC particles, the conductivity of the slag decreases at beginning and then increases, and increasing size of TiC particles, the conductivity increases. The results show that TiC particles in the slag are charge carrier, forming colloid particles and increasing the viscosity. Basic electrolytes decrease the viscosity of the slag by changing the surface charge of TiC particles.
