Mg/CaO脱硫剂在铁水脱硫中的实验研究

【摘要】 为了研究Mg/CaO脱硫剂的脱硫行为,在15kg铁水内进行了脱硫实验,发现Mg/CaO脱硫剂的脱硫速度可用加铝预脱氧得到改善,因为良好的脱氧是获得高脱硫速度的前提。在喷吹前,加铝脱氧后可将铁水中的初始氧含量最低脱到约6ppm,从而提高脱硫速度,最终硫含量最低可脱到约50ppm;不加铝时,镁主要用于脱氧,而石灰主要用于脱硫,喷吹后最终氧含量最低可脱到约8.5ppm,最终硫含量可脱到30~200ppm。

【Abstract】 In order to research the behavior of Mg/CaO desulfurizer, the experiments were carried out in 15 kg heats of hot metal. It was found through the experiments that the desuiphurization rates could be improved by predeoxidation with an addition of aluminium, because well de.oxidation is an essential prerequisite of higher desulphurization rates. Before injection, the initial oxygen activity could be dropped to3ppm by addition aluminium.Thus accelerate desulphurization rates, and the sulphur content could be dropped to about 50ppm. The experiments had no aluminium addition, found that magnesium acts primarily as a deoxidiser, whereas lime acts as desulphufizer. After injection , the ultimate oxygen contents and sulphur contents were dropped to 8.5 ppm and 30~200 ppm respectively.
