铁水运输仿真系统研究

【摘要】 铁水运输系统系统是一混杂动态系统,且工艺地域范围小、调度频繁、无法评估铁水物流分配和铁路布置等的合理性。利用建模与系统仿真技术,通过对系统对象的分析建立了相应的对象模型、采用了基于知识的分层事件调度仿真策略、建立了物流-工艺-运输一体化机车调度模型、实现了钢铁企业铁水运输路径选择及自动避碰算法。建立的仿真系统实现安了对铁水物流分配和铁路布局的合理性的研究。仿真结果在实际得到了应用,产生了经济效益,并为相关研究和工艺铁路的自动化提供了方向。

【Abstract】 Iron melt transport system is a hybrid dynamic system, and that technics area is narrowness, scheduling of the system is busyness , rationality of iron melt materials handing assignation and railroads layout can’t be evaluated. By analyzing system objects, object models are established which modeling and simulation technologies are used. And knowledge-based event scheduling simulation strategy is adopted, integrated train scheduling model includes materials handing-arts and crafts-transportation is established, route choice and auto avoidance in molten Iron transportation of iron&steel enterprise is realized. Rationality of iron melt materials handing assignation and railroads layout can be evaluated by the simulation system. The results of the simulation are applied in practice, economy benefit is acquired, and offers directions for correlative studies and robotization in railroads of and arts and crafts.
