奶牛干奶期的乳腺更新
Mammary Turnover during the Dry Period in Dairy Cows

【摘要】 干奶期是整个生产泌乳周期中必不可少的修复过程,发生在该过程中的乳腺更新有利于保持乳腺上皮细胞增殖和凋亡之间的动态平衡,而乳腺分泌细胞的数目和活性决定了产奶量与泌乳曲线形状,因此干奶期中乳腺修复正常与否直接关系到下个泌乳期的泌乳性能;而且乳腺更新是一个受多因素调节的复杂的生理过程,目前为止关于乳腺退化期乳腺更新的调节机理还存在广泛的研究空间。
【Abstract】 A dry period is required during a full lactation cycle. Mammary tissue remodeling favour for mainteining the dynamic balance between proliferation and apoptosis in mammary epithelial cell. Milk yield and the shape of the lactation curve are determined by the number of mammary secretory cells and the secretory activity per cell. Therefore, mammary involution process directerly affected lactopoiesis the next lactation. Mammary turnover is a complex physiological process which is regulated by many factors. As yet, the regulation mechanism involved with mammary turnover during mammary involution is an extensive area of future research.
