不同抗应激剂对黄鸡血液生化及抗氧化指标的影响
Effects of different kinds additives of anti-heat stress on serum biochemical and ant-ioxidant indexes

【摘要】 本试验主要探讨不同抗应激剂对黄鸡血清部分生化指标及抗氧化指标的影响。将1400只41日龄黄鸡随机分5组,即对照组、分别添加KCl(0.2%)+NaHCO3(0.3%)+VC(100g/t)、超微粉碎茶末150g/t、杆菌肽锌50mg/t、有机酸1000g/t的试验组。结果表明,添加有机酸,可显著提高血液中TP、G、ALB浓度,降低ALT、AST水平及MDA浓度,提高了肉鸡抗热应激的能力。其余几组效果仅在某几个指标上有增强黄鸡抵抗热应激的趋势。第4组GSH-Px值最高,第2、4组MDA值则均较低,证明在黄鸡处于热应激情况下,添加KCl+NaHCO3+VC和益力素对于增强黄鸡抗氧化能力均有较好效果。
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different kinds of anti-stressors on serum biochemical and anti-oxidant indexes of yellow broilers. 1500 41-day-old yellow broilers were randomly allocated into control group, the other four groups were fed with diet added with KC(l0.2%)+NaHCO3(0.3%)+Vc(100g/t), 150g/t Tea powder, 50mg/t Bacitracin Zinc, 1000g/kg Organic Acid added into water, respectively. The results showed that organic acid increased significantly the concentration of TP,G and ALB, and decreased the level of ALT and AST and the concentration of MDA thus enhanced the ability of anti-heat stress. All treatments had no significant effect but only a trend of enhancing the ability of resisting heat stress on some indexes in the other three groups. The GSH-Px’s level of group Ⅳ was the highest, and the levels of MDA of group Ⅱ and Ⅳ were lower.This result showed that KCl+NaHCO3+VC and Bacitracin Zinc enhanced significantly yellow broilers’s anti-oxidant ability in the condition of heat stress.
