【摘要】 选择30头泌乳奶牛,根据胎次相同、泌乳日相似、上胎产奶量相近、健康无病等因素采用随机区组设计分成2组:试验组(添加中草药方剂)和对照组。结果表明:添加中草药方剂的奶牛在试验期间每头牛的日产奶量比对照组提高18.89%(p<0.01),停药后两个月比对照组提高21.42%(p<0.01);对乳糖、乳脂、乳蛋白没有显著影响(p>0.05);可使红细胞总数、血红蛋白比对照组分别提高10%、16%(p<0.05);血清钾、钙离子升高27.45%和11.26%(p<0.01),血清总蛋白、球蛋白比试验前升高3.38%和10.26%(p<0.05)。添加中草药后奶牛血清钠、氯离子、CO2结合力含量不因气温变化而显著下降(p<0.05);同时可缓解热应激引起碱性磷酸酶活性的急剧增强。说明中草药添加剂对奶牛夏季抗热应激有明显的作用,并有增强机体免疫力,防治疾病发生的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Choose 30 milk cow, according to the gravida same, to produce the milk day likeness, ascend the gravida to produce the amount of milk close, have healthily and no far-gone factor adoption random to distribute the set be divided into 2 group: Experiment group ( Increase the Chinese herbal medicine square) and control group. The result enunciation: The day produce milk the amount of each cow of increased Chinese herbal medicine square experiment group to raise 18.89%(p<0.01) than control group during the period of experiment, experiment group to raise 21.42%(p<0.01) than control group for two months after stopping medicine; Didn’t obvious influence to the lactose,the butterfat,the milk protein(p>0.05);Can make the red cell total amount,the hemoglobin experiment group to raise 10%,16% respectively(p<0.05) than control group; The potassium ion and the calcium ion in serum experiment group to raise 27.45% ,11.26% respectively (p<0.01) than control group; The total protein and globulin in serum experiment after to raise 3.38% ,10.26% respectively (P<0.05) than before experiment. Feed Chinese herbal medicine after milk cow the sodium ion and the chlorine ion in serum, the CO2 combines doesn’t obvious to descend because the air temperature variety(p<0.05);The same time can alleviate heat stress to cause the alkaline phosphatase activity strengthen. Explain Chinese herbal medicine additive anti- heat stress to have an obvious function in summer to the milk cow, also strengthen the body immunity, prevent and cure the function of the disease occurrence.更多还原
