【摘要】 观测高温应激对猪血液一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide,NO)含量的影响,探讨清凉冲剂抗热应激的作用机理。3月龄中国试验用小型猪(CEMP,农大I系)24头,常温22℃和高温26~39℃,清凉冲剂与对照组2因素随机分组。前腔静脉采血,硝酸还原酶法检测各组血清中NO含量。高温环境下,清凉冲剂组血清中NO含量极显著增加(P<0.01),高温清凉冲剂组NO含量较常温清凉冲剂组明显降低。清凉冲剂在高温下能促进NO的分泌,促进血管舒张,降低外周血液循环阻力,改善微循环与散热。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of Qingliang Chinese herb on the content of Nitric oxide (NO) of pig’s blood serum under high temperatures and its thermolytic mechanisms in the process of anti-heat-stress through examining the effect of heat stress on hemorheological parameters in pigs, and prepare the ground for the illustration of the acctive facrors and mechanisms of Qingliang Chinese herb. 24 small scaled healthy pigs, which are 3 mouths old, were dividied into 4 sets in a random way,including blank set and medicine set under nomal temperature(group A and group B),which were feed in 22℃ ,blank set and medicine set under high temperature(group C and group D),which were feed in 26—39℃ .Adopt the blood in the vena cave on the 1th, 3th,5th,7th,8th,9th,10th day of the experiment respectively and then measure the content of nitric oxide used the nitric acid as the reducer of enzyme. Compared with that in the blank sets, the content of nitric oxide in the medicine sets s is increased clearly (P<0.05) and the content of nitric oxide in the high temperature sets is decreased clearly than it in normal temperature sets. The results show that Qinglian Chinese herb Decoction can increase the content of nitric oxide, That was used for the expansion of the blood vessel and decrease the resistance of blood periphereccl .Therefore,it is propitious to the redistribution of blood in heat stress and increase the perfusion of blood to satisfy the thermolysis need of body.更多还原
