新格林酶与沸石对鸡舍环境及其生产性能的影响

【摘要】 本试验分两阶段进行。第一阶段选择两栋AA商品代肉鸡,一栋作对照,另一栋作试验,在试验舍的肉鸡日粮中添加新格林酶0.4g/kg;第二阶段选择两栋海兰商品代蛋鸡,一栋作对照舍,在另一栋蛋鸡的日粮中添加0.6%的沸石粉。两阶段中,对照舍与试验舍建筑结构相同、环境条件一致;试鸡基础日粮相同、自由采食和饮水。结果表明:在肉鸡日粮中添加新格林酶可显著降低鸡舍内NH3含量(P<0.05),并使肉仔鸡增重显著提高(P<0.05);蛋鸡的日粮中添加0.6%的沸石粉,极显著地降低了舍内的NH3浓度(P<0.01),而对蛋鸡的产蛋率影响不显著(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 The experimental period was divided into two stages. At the first stage, two chickeries with AA broilers were studied. The one was control, the other was test and Green enzyme supplement in ration on broilers; At the second stage, two laying houses with Hy-line layers were chosen.. One was as control, the other was experiment and 0.6% zeolites added to the basic diets on Hy-line layers. All the housing have similar construct and environmental condition respectively. The result showed that the concentration of ammonia in chickery was reduced remarkably (p<0.05) that Green enzyme supplement in ration on broilers, and the gaining-weight was upgraded (p<0.05). The concentration of ammonia in the laying house was decreased marked (p<0.01) that Hy-line layers were fed with 0.6% zeolites added to the laying ration, and the laying rate was not significant (p>0.05).
