N~+注入选育耐高温杏鲍菇菌株的研究

【摘要】 目的应用低能氮离子注入杏鲍菇的单核细胞,筛选耐高温菌株.方法对注入后的杏鲍菇单核细胞进行高温培养,并测定和比较杏鲍菇突变株的CMC、FP和漆酶三种胞外酶活.结果获得了1株耐高温菌株X0720,其子实体最适生长温度提高了4℃,不同剂量的N+注入对酶活力的影响存在很大差异.结论获得的杏鲍菇耐高温菌株,为深入开展杏鲍菇选育研究奠定了基础.
【Abstract】 PURPOSE:To breed a high temperature tolerance strain by N+ ion beam implantation. METHODS: Pleurotus eryngii mycelia which were ion beam implanted were cultivated under high temperature. The three extracellular enzymes of CMC, FP and Laccasse were measured and compared. RESULTHS: A high temperature tolerance strain X0720 was selected. The optimum growth temperature of X0720 fruiting body raised 4℃.The enzyme activity of different mutants differed greatly. CONCLUSION: A high temperature tolerance strain was selected successfully. It became a basis of Pleurotus eryngii breeding.
