掺杂和共生对层状钙钛矿铁电材料剩余极化的影响
EFFECT OF SUBSTITUTION AND CONSTRUCTION OF INTERGROWTH ON REMNANT POLARIZATION OF BISMUTH LAYER-STRUCTURED FERROELECTRICS

【摘要】 掺杂与组构共生结构都是增大铋系层状钙钛矿结构铁电材料(BLSFs)剩余极化(2P_r) 的有效手段。同价元素掺杂时,2P_r 的变化由氧空位浓度,晶格畸变程度,铋氧层的完整性,以及掺杂离子与氧离子的形成的共价键强弱有关。高价阳离子对 A、B 位进行掺杂时,都可降低氧空位浓度并减弱其动性,从而增大2P_r。两种不同的 BLSFs 组构成共生结构后,铋氧层以及与之相连的氧八面体的结构都发生变化,使共生结构的2P_r 大于其任一组成单元。2P_r 的增大还可通过改进制备工艺来实现,如进行高温(高于居里温度)淬火等。
【Abstract】 Both substitution and construction of intergrowth are the effective methods to enlarge the remnant polarization(2Pr)of the Bismuth layer-structured ferroeleetrics(BLSFs).As ions at A or B site is substituted by the ions with identical chemical valence,the variation of 2P,is determined by the concentration of oxygen vacancies,the degree of lattice distortion,the integrality of the(Bi2O2)2+layers,and the intensity of the covalent bond between the doping ions and O2-.Higher valent cation substitution leads to the concentration decrease and the mobility weakening of oxygen vacancies,enlarging the 2Pr.After forming intergrowth,the structure of(Bi2O2)2+layers and the linked octahedra are different from that in each units, which increases the 2Pr.Fabrication methods can improve the ferroelectric property as well,such as quenching at the temperature higher than the Curie temperature.
