四方相钛酸锶钡陶瓷中介电损耗频率响应的分岔现象
BIFURCATION PHENOMENON OF FREQUENCY RESPONSE OF DIELECTRIC LOSS IN TETRAGONAL BARIUM-STRONTIUM TITANATE CERAMICS

【摘要】 在空冷的四方相钛酸锶钡陶瓷中观测到介电损耗—温度关系对测量频率依赖关系的分岔现象。即高频测量时,出现单一的损耗峰,随着测量频率的降低,单一的损耗峰分裂成两个损耗峰,该现象只在升温时出现。内耗在相应温区亦在升温时出现两个相变型内耗峰。由于该温区内的畴界运动不可能引起相变,该相变分岔现象可能是温度变化时,空冷样品中氧缺位组态变化所致。
【Abstract】 Frequency effect of dielectric loss of air-cooled Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 ceramics is studied in the tetragonal temperature range of 15~50℃.A new bifurcation phenomenon of dielectric loss peak is observed while the dielectric loss D is measured as a function of temperature,i.e.a single D-T peak is observed with measuring frequency of 100 KHz,but as decrease the measuring frequency,the single peak split to two D-T peaks.Two phase transition-type internal peaks are also observed in the same temperature range and the possible mechanism is discussed.
