【摘要】 在劳动保障事业不断完善和健全的进程中,我国形成了丰富的劳动保障文化。随着经济全球化的推进,“强资本弱劳工”现象日益显性化,中国劳动保障领域的政府文化、企业文化和劳工文化面临着新的挑战。在新时期通过政府维权、企业尊权、劳动者敬业,积极构建适应时代要求先进的劳动保障新文化,不仅有利于劳动保障事业的全面发展,而且有利于构建社会主义和谐社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the Labor and Social Security system improves constantly, our country has formed abundant Labor and Social Security culture. With the promotion of the economic globalization, the phenomenon of weak labor & strong capital dominates day by day, which challenges government culture , enterprise culture and labor culture of Labor and Social Security culture. In the new period ,to build harmonious Labor and Social Security culture of government vindicating labor right, corporate respecting labor right and labor dedicating to job, is help to promote the Labor and Social Securityand build the harmonious society.更多还原
