【摘要】 研究开发了两套软件系统,一套适用于日本理学公司的 SMX 系列多道仪器软件系统的升级,另一套适用于菲利浦公司的 PW14XX 系列单道仪器的升级改造。多道软件系统已在莱芜钢铁和沙钢集团公司的 SMX 系列机上安装运行,单道软件系统已在北京有色金属研究总院测试中心安装运行,经实时考验,分析结果和系统性能稳定可靠。本文介绍了升级改造的技术思路,软件开发策略,系统功能等。更多还原

【Abstract】 We develop two software system,one for the software upgrading of SMX Multi channels wave- length dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer,the other for the upgrading of PW14XX single channel wave- length dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer.Multi channels software is successfully installed and used in SMX of Laiwu Steel collectivize company and Sha Gang Steel collectivize company.Single channel software is suc- cessfully run in Beijing General Reserch Institute Nonferrous Metals.The analysis result and the system is very stable.This thesis introduces the technique used in developing the software,its strategy,system functions and the techniques of the serial communication used.更多还原
