反相液相色谱法同时测定六种降血糖西药成分

【摘要】 采用反相液相色谱法同时测定降糖样品中的盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸苯乙双胍、格列吡嗪、格列齐特、格列本脲、格列美脲等六种降血糖西药成分。色谱柱为 Agilent C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.02%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,波长229nm,流速 1.0mL/min。17分钟可实现六组分的完全分离,各组分在一定范围内有良好的线性关系。具有快速简单、分离效果好、回收率高等优点。
【Abstract】 An RP-HPLC method was proposed to the simultaneous determination of six components:metformin hydrochloride,phenformin hydrochloride,glipizide,gliclazide,glibenclamide and glimepiride,which were western medi- cines of reducing blood sugar.The six components could be separated completely in 17 minutes on a Agilent C18 column and then detected at 229 nm,using acetonitrile and 0.02% phosphoric acid with gradient elution as the mobile phase at flow rate 1.0 ml/min.Linear calibration graphs for each component were obtained within their range.This method proved to be simple, rapid with good seperation and good recoveries.
