毛细管气相色谱法同时测定空气和废气中多种常见有机污染物
Determination of Multi Organic Compounds in Air by Capillary Gas Chromatography

【摘要】 采用活性炭吸附空气和废气中常见的有机物苯、甲苯、乙苯、对-二甲苯、间-二甲苯、邻-二甲苯、丙酮、正丁醇、苯乙烯和环己酮,二硫化碳解析后用毛细管气相色谱法同时测定,各组分线性响应良好,曲线相关系数≥0.999;灵敏度高,检出限在0.01~0.05μg之间;回收率>80%,与相关国标和企业标准相比,操作简单、实用、快速、准确。完全适合环境空气和工业废气中多种有机物的监测。
【Abstract】 A quick and effective determination method of ten organic compounds (benzene,toluene,ethyl benzene,xylene, acetone,butanol,styrene and cyclohexanone) in air has been established.The sample was collected with activated carbon and dissolved with 1.0 mL CS2,1.0 μ L of the solution was injected on a DB-FFAP capillary column (30m×0.32 i.d.×0.25 μ m) and determined by GC-FID.The ten kinds of organic compounds were separated each other completely.The detected limits in sample were 0.01~0.05 μ g.The average recoveries were >80%.The relative standard deviations was <0.36%.This method is simple,rapid and sensitive.
