飞行时间质谱分析技术的发展

【摘要】 介绍了飞行时间质谱的基本原理和性能特点,回顾了飞行时间质谱技术和仪器的发展历史与应用进展,并对这一技术的应用前景做了预测。
【Abstract】 The basic principle and characteristic of time-of-flight mass(TOFMS)are introduced.A historical overview of development of TOFMS technique,instrument device and its application is presented.The outlook of its applications is predicted.
