【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the risk of human capital investment of colleges and universities in three aspects such as the change of exterior environment, the shortcomings of the management in colleges and universities and risk from the person who is invested. Then the paper puts forward the risk evaluation system of human capital investment of colleges and universities and applies AHP to risk e-valuation. The paper provides a set of effective methods in risk evaluation of human capital investment of colleges and universities.更多还原
