基于单片机的励磁调节器试验装置的设计

【摘要】 励磁调节系统是保证电力系统正常运行最基本的调节系统之一,是保证系统稳定的主要方法。随着发电机容量的不断增大,对励磁系统的要求也越来越高,要求励磁系统具有足够的励磁容量,良好的动态特性以及高可靠性等特点。随着工工业技术的发展,励磁调节器产品不断推陈出新,但对于励磁调节器检测试验,通常是在制造厂完成静态测试和非实际参数动态试验后,在实际机组上完成参数的最终整定和系统的动态试验。这种试验方法虽然实时性好,但要花费大量的人力、物力和财力。文章采用单片机技术、数字信号源技术和同步锁相触发技术,研制了微机型励磁调节器试验装置,完成了试验装置的软、硬件设计,并在实际机组的励磁调节系统中进行了试验,取得了较好的试验效果。

【Abstract】 The excitation regulator system is guaranteed one of electrical power system normal operation most basic governing systems,guarantees the system stable main method.Increases unceasingly along with the generator capacity,more and more is also high to the excitation system request,the request excitation system has the enough excitation capacity,good characteristics and so on dynamic characteristic as well as redundant reliability.With the development of industry technology,the products of excitation regulator has pulled out continually.While,as for the test experiment of excitation regulator,that the parameter and the dynamic experiment of system has been almost regulated on the real machine after the static test and virtual--dynamic test has finished in the factory.Though the real-time of the method is excellent,it will be used a large amount of money,manpower and resources.The field regulator testing device is designed and developed in the paper and is achieved the design of software and hardware which based on microcomputer technology,digital signal source technology and synchronized trigger technology.The testing device was used in excitation regulator of a real generator and result is effective.
