基于遗传序优化算法的配电网规划

【摘要】 序优化理论是求解复杂优化问题的有效工具,在所求问题的目标函数复杂、计算量大且解空间的结构信息复杂的情况下,能够确保以足够高的概率求得足够好的解。针对传统遗传算法存在的过早收敛、终止条件难以确定等缺陷,将序优化理论与遗传算法相结合,利用序优化的思想来指导遗传进化操作,通过算法的混合将两者的优良特性集成来弥补各自的弱点,能够高效的以较高概率搜索到全局最优解。由于配电网规划模型具有非线性、高维数的特点,属于复杂组合优化问题,将遗传序优化算法应用到配电网规划中是可行的。结合IEEE配电网规划算例,以综合变电站及馈线的年投资费用、折旧费用、运行费用之和为目标函数,得到最优的配电网拓扑结构,验证了算法的有效性和实用性。

【Abstract】 Ordinal optimization theory has emerged as an efficient technique for simulation and optimization.It guarantees to get the good enough solutions with a high probability when the objective function is complicated and the subset of the solutions is very large.Aiming at the problems that traditional GA often suffers from the troubles of premature convergence,the hardness to determine stopping criterion.we integrate these two algorithms together to solve the limitations of single algorithm.Use the idea of ordinal optimization to guide the evolutionary operators of genetic algorithm.Distribution system planning is generally a highly nonlinear,nondifferential and high dimension constrained problem.Then the genetic ordinal optimization theory is available in the field.In this paper,the objective of the model is to minimize the total cost including the fixed investment,maintenance costs and feeder resistive loss.An example of IEEE distribution system gives an illustration of the feasibility of the Genetic ordinal optimization theory.
