【摘要】 为保证电网中由安控装置远切110kV变电站负荷,造成主供电源失电时,110KV电网备自投装置可靠不动,而由其他原因造成主供电源失电时,各自投应可靠动作,开发了一种适用于安全稳定控制系统下的备用电源自投装置,主要是在常规的备投逻辑的基础上,增加了进线故障检测、进线重合闸检测及开关不对应开放备投的功能以及系统低频低压闭锁备投的功能。在目前电网安控装置和110kv变电站间没有通信通道的情况下,此类装置可以适应配合安稳控制系统的要求,并在动模试验和实际工程应用中取得了良好效果,具有一定的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces an backup power switchover unit for power system security and stability control system. When the load of 110kV substation is cut off by the safety and stability control device,the backup power switchover device at the side of 110kV substation shouldn’t act.However,if the load of 110kV substation is cut off by relay protection because of line fault,the backup power switchover device at the side of 110kV substation should act reliably.The unit adds a few functions which includes line fault detection and line reclosure detection and switch positions’ disaccord startup backup power switchovet and low frequency and low voltage blocking backup power switchover at the base of usual backup power switchover logic.The unit can be applied in the case of without channels between the security and stability control device and the backup power switchover unit。The effect is good at the dynamic test and the engineering application.The unit can be generalized well.更多还原
