【摘要】 分析了地方电网加强水电调度管理的意义及面临的困难,根据中小水电并网调度管理的原则和目标,提出了地方电网中小水电优化调度系统及其功能;设计了系统的组成结构及具体的长期、短期和日优化调度操作流程,结合某地方电网的实际,开发了基于C/S结构和Browser/Server Web技术的应用系统;最后提出了有待进一步研究的若干问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the principles and aims and the difficulties of the operation management of medium and small hydropower stations connected with the power network,the optimal operation system of medium and small hydropower stations in local power network was put forward.The structure of the system was designed and the long-term,short-term and day optimal operation procedures were given in details.The application system integrated with the real example and based on C/S structure and Browser/Server Web technique was developed.At last some problems need to be further study on were referred.更多还原
