激光熔敷覆热喷焊Ni基Cr/WC复合涂层耐磨性研究
The Study of Wear Resistance of Cr/WC-Ni Composite Coating by Thermal Sprayed and Laser Cladding

【摘要】 在MM-200型销盘式磨擦磨损实验机上,对Ni基Cr/WC复合涂层进行了无润滑的干磨擦磨损试验,研究其磨损特性。结果表明,粉末与基材形成了良好的冶金结合,热喷焊涂层的耐磨损量比激光熔覆处理的热喷焊涂层的耐磨损量显著提高,但表面的致密性较差,涂层磨损机理主要是粘着磨损。
【Abstract】 The wear test of Ni based alloy-Cr/WC composite coating without lubrication is carried on a MM-200 pin-on disc wear tester and study wear-resisting property. The results showed that powders and matrix formed the good metallurgy bond, abrability of thermal sprayed coating was much higher than laser cladding’s, but compactness of coating surface was worse. The wear mechanism of composite coatings was adhesive wear.
