高含铜马氏体不锈钢抗菌性能研究

【摘要】 本文研究了高含铜马氏体不锈钢的力学性能,微观组织和抗菌性能。研究结果表明:时效可显著提高高含铜马氏体不锈钢的力学性能。经SEM和X-Ray衍射分析,发现时效后高含铜马氏体不锈钢有大量ε-Cu相析出。菌液滴定表明18-8不锈钢对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均没有抗菌效果,高含铜不锈钢对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果大于99%,对大肠杆菌的抗菌效果为97%。
【Abstract】 The microstructure, mechanical properties and antibacterial effect in the martensite stainless steel with high copper content have been studied. The results show that the aging can appreciably improved the mechanical properties of the martensite stainless steel with high copper content. The SEM and X-Ray analysis show that a lot of ε -Cu phase precipitated in the steel. The results of bacterial liquid titration experiments show that 18-8 austenite stainless steel has no antibacterial capability to both coli bacillus and staphylococcus aureus. The stainless steel with high copper content has antibacterial capability to staphylococcus aureus, whose effect is greater than 99%. The antibacterial effect of the steel with copper to coli bacillus is 97%.
