蠕墨铸铁排气管生产工艺探讨

【摘要】 汽车排气歧管类薄壁铸件的生产,采用球化元素和反球化元素钛组成的蠕化剂处理原铁水,用随流孕育可以得到理想蠕墨铸铁材质,但批量生产稳定性差;采用转包时二次孕育可以稳定生产理想的蠕墨铸铁,批量生产容易控制;采用合适的熔化工艺和封闭顶注式垂直浇注系统可批量生产高质量蠕墨铸铁排气歧管,从侧面进铁水铸件产生气缩孔。
【Abstract】 Producing thin wall exhaust manifold casting for automobile by utilizing spheroidal element and anti-spheroidal element Ti to make up for modificator to treat iron and metal-stream inoculation, ideal vermicular graphite cast iron can be obtained ;but it is not stable ;using second inoculation in transfer ladle, it is stable to produce ideal vermicular graphite cast and it is easy to control . By utilizing suitable smelting process and choked-top vertical gating system can produce premium quality vermicular graphite cast iron exhaust manifold in largely., pouring from side ,the cast exists blowhole shrinkage .
