锌盐与L-蛋氨酸配合行为的研究

【摘要】 用相平衡法研究了ZnCl2/ZnAc2/ZnSO4-L-Met-H2O在25℃及全浓度范围内的溶度性质,结果表明在ZnCl2体系中存在两种化合物:Zn(Met)Cl2和Zn (Met)2Cl2·2H2O,而ZnAc2和ZnSO4体系均属简单体系,无化合物存在。在相平衡结果指导下,制得上述两种固态配合物,用化学分析确定其组成。IR光谱表明锌离子与蛋氨酸的氧原子和氮原子配位。
【Abstract】 The solubility properties of ZnCl2/ZnAC2/ZnSO2-Met-H2O Systems at 25℃in the whole cocentration range have been systematicall investigated by phase equilib- rium methobd.The results indicated that there are two kinds of complex formed in system of ZnCl2-Met-H2O:Zn(Met)Cl2 and Zn(Met)2Cl2·2H2O,and that there were no complex forms fromed in the rest systems at the experiment condition.Under the direction of phase equilibrium result,2 solid complexes,Zn(Met)Cl2 and Zn (Met)2Cl2·2H2O were synthesized.The results of IR spectra indicated in these complexes of zinc,the ligand L- methionine connects the Zn2+inos through the oxygen atom and nitrogen atom.
