测定MBS中各组分含量的新方法
A novel method for measuring the content of components in MBS

【摘要】 <正>MBS 是 PVC 塑料的增韧剂,可以增加 PVC 的透明度和提高它的强度。国产 MBS 在产量上不能满足需要,且性能与进口 MBS 相比仍有一些差距,因此 MBS 仍有相当的进口数量。为了加强对该产品进口的监管,使之能做到公平、公正、合理地收取关税,受上海海关委托, 建立了用 NMR 测定 MBS 中各组分含量的新方法。
【Abstract】 A novel method was established for measuring the content of components in MBS.Two imported standard MBS samples(Standard sample 1#:PS08-SBdMMA;Standard sample 2#: P4265-SBdMMA)and one domestic MBS sample were measured using liquid 1H NMR,13C NMR and solid-state high resolution 13C NMR,respectively.Upon doing the solid-state NMR experiment, T1 values for each sample were first measured,and then the solid-state 13C NMR experiment was done,M0 was calculated using an equation of M=M0(1-e-D1/Tl).The T1 values and compositions for the MBS samples are presented in Table 1 & 2,respectively.The results obtained from L 1H NMR,L 13C NMR and S 13C NMR are essentially coincident with the corresponding values calculated(see Table 2).All the errors are less than 5% and the results are satisfying.When MBS is soluble in a solvent,it would be very convenient for us to measure the content of components using liquid 1H NMR.It is also feasible to measure the content using solid-state 13C NMR when MBS is unsoluble in a solvent,but the experiment will take 48 hrs.
