【Abstract】 Xyloccensins P is a phragmalin-type limonoid which was isolated from Xylocarpus granatum living along the coast in South China Sea.Its structure was elucidated on the basis of ¹H NMR,¹³C NMR,¹H-IH COSY,HMQC,HMBC spectroscopic analyses.Stereochemistry was investigated via coupling constants, NOESY as well as 1D GOESY under a variety of temperatures.From these experiments,the spatial orientations of H-6,7-OMe were determined unambiguously and the relative structure of Xyloceensins P was thereby determined.更多还原
