两种锰杂多配合物作为磁共振成像造影剂候选化合物的研究

【摘要】 <正>磁共振成像造影剂是通过改变病变和周围正常组织的信号差别来提高临床 MRI 的诊断效果。Mn2+是一种较强的顺磁性离子,自1978年 Lauterbur 等首次提出 Mn2+作为 MR 对比剂的设想以来,人们已对较多含 Mn 类 MRI 造影剂进行研究,但仅有 Mn-DPDP(锰(Ⅱ)-N,N′
【Abstract】 Two manganese polyoxometalates,K6MnSiW11and K8MnP2W17,have been evaluated both in vivo and in vitro as the candidates of tissue-specific MRI contrast agents.T1-relaxivities of 12.08 mM-1·s-1for K6MnSiW11and 4.72 mM-1·s-1for K10MnP2W17were much higher than or similar to that of the commercial MRI contrast agem(Gd-DTPA).Relaxivities of both compounds in human serum transferrin were also reported.The favorable liver-specific contrast enhancement (about five times to that of Gd-DTPA)and renal excretion capability(the same to that of Gd-DTPA) in in vivo MRI with Wistar rats aider i.v.administration of them showed that both of them are promising liver-specific MRI contrast agents.However,both complexes exhibit higher acute toxicity,and thus need to be modified and studied further before clinical use.
