单晶LiNbO3:Mn2+的ESR及其禁戒跃迁

【摘要】 <正>用室温电子自旋共振(ESR)实验研究单晶 LiNbO3中 Mn2+的精细结构和超精细结构.对 ESR 谱的分析得出,晶场的 Kramer 效应引起的零磁场下的能级分裂:自旋角动量 m2能级
【Abstract】 Fine structure and hyperfme structure of Mn2+in LiNbO3 crystal have been studied with Electron Spin Resonance(ESR)at room temperature.The energy spacings Δε1 and Δε2 due to energy level splitting under the Kramer theorem of energy levels|±1/2〉-|±3/2〉 and |+3/2〉-|±5/2〉of electron spin angular moment nas are Δε1=-587×10-4cm-1and Δε2=-2633×10-4cm-1at zero-field.The anisotropic Lande factors constants g∥and g⊥ areg∥=2.1810,g⊥=2.09368 respectively And the free structure constant D is D=-536×10-4cm-1and hyperfme structure constants A∥and A⊥ are A∥=88.36×10-4cm(-1)A⊥=81.20×10(-4)cm(-1)respectively.Apparently,the interaction of fine structures is much stronger than that of the hyperfme structure.In addition,two sets of forbidden transition between the energy levels |-3/2〉-|1/2〉and|-1/2〉-|5/2〉were found in our experiment.
