液体NMR中分子内和分子间多量子相干信号的分离和检测

【Abstract】 Both intra-molecular scalar couplings(J couplings)and inter-molecular residual dipolar couplings(D couplings)can induce multiple-quantum coherences(MQC).For a highly polarized system with scalar couplings,both D-and J-couplings are significant in solution NMR.The signals attributed from both couplings result in much more complex spectral pattern.When a pulse sequence is used to detect the signals from intra-molecular MQCs,the signals may mix with inter-molecular MQCs.Therefore,it is very important and meaningful to separate and detect the signals originating from intra-and inter-molecular MQCs.A pulse sequence shown in Fig.1 was designed for this purpose.When the second pulse is set to a proper flip angle,the intra-and inter-molecular MQC for I_pS_q system with different I spin number p can be separated and detected. The analytical expressions,simulated results,and experimental observations are matched well.The method proposed herein will be extended to heteronuclear cases.
