【Abstract】 LC-NMR,a new technique emerging recently,Shows the increasingly important values in the fields of structural elucidation of mixtures and drug metabolism.The 95% alcohol extract of stemona japonica was partitioned with chloroform and the chloroform solution was concentrated.
