【Abstract】 DC-UbP(106 a.a.)is a novel ubiquitin-like protein(UbP)from human dendritic cells(DC),which might be related to tumor genesis and play an important role in mitochondrial biology.The 3D structure of DC-UbP in solution was determined by 3D heteronuclear NMR on an Unity lnova 600 MHz NMR spectrometer at 25℃.
