【摘要】 <正>人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey)属五加科药用植物,其根、茎、叶、花、果均供药用,具有丰富多彩的生物学活性。人参皂苷(ginsenoside)已经被公认为人参的“有效组合分子群”之一,包括人参皂苷 Rg1,Rg3,Rb1,Re。这些皂苷或是原形发挥作用,或是代谢产物发挥作用。而且,在人参炮制过程中,某些人参皂苷的结构亦发生变化。在这些研究中人参皂苷的结构鉴定就显得非常重要了。

【Abstract】 Panax ginseng is a kind of famous Chinese traditional drug,it has exceptional biological activity.Triterpenoid saponins is its majoy ingredient.Triterpenoid saponins is divided into two parts,one is 20(s)-protopanaxadiol,the other is 20(s)-protopanaxatriol.The structural diversity of gingseng lies mainly in their sugar moieties.We have already heard so many reports about the triterpenoside saponins’s 13CNMR,but we almost haven’t heard the report about it’s1HNMR.This paper report the complete 1HNMR shift assignments of ginsenoside Rg1,Rg3,Rb1,Re.The assignments were corroborated by careful analysis of 1H-1H COSY,HSQC and HMBC spectra..These results will contribute to the revealing of the relationship between the conformational analysis and biological activity of this series of ginseng.
