陶瓷釉泛黄机理的ESR研究

【摘要】 <正>陶瓷产品都需要进行上釉焙烧,一般采用"灰釉"和"长石釉"它们均为含铁矿物.在使用不同窑子和采用不同温度进行焙烧的过程中.由于氧化-还原的气氛不同,使萁中的铁离子存在形式不一样,而导致了一些陶瓷产品泛黄。曾有人提出陶瓷上釉泛黄

【Abstract】 The paper report some results by using ESR of poreelain yellowing in baking and sintering.The results manifests the extent of Poreelain yellowing is in direct proportion to the content of Fe3+ in the stuffed glaze.Thus,it is required that the baking and sintering of glazed poreelain should be well controled in redox with a suitable tempreture,which make iron in the glaze exsists in Fe2+ to the greatest extent,then good pruducts can be made beeause the content of Fe3- in glaze is obviously reduced. It is showed by experment that perfect Pruducts can be made in the siutable reduction tempreture about 850℃
