生物复合材料中陶瓷与玻璃界面结合的NMR研究

【摘要】 <正>由于β-磷酸三钙β-Ca3(PO42(简写为β-TCP)与人体骨相近的组成和良好的生物相容性,可被用作骨生长的临时支架,它能诱发邻近骨质长入而本身逐渐被降解、吸收。目前,国外研制的是一种在1100℃以上烧成的高纯磷酸钙单相陶瓷,由于烧成温度较高,大大影响了其生物活性和生物降解性,但低烧成温度下得到的β-TCP的结晶形态为半晶或异形晶,

【Abstract】 The composition ofβ-TCP is similar to that of human bone and it has a property of biodegradability,so it is used as a safe and effeetive temporary framework for repairing of bone defects.β-TCP obtained by sintering below 1000℃has a good property of biodegradability but it has a low strength and difficult to shape,whileβ-TCP obtained by sintering above 1100℃has a high strength but a poor biodegradability.Here we prepared a type of eeramic-glass composite material,whereβ-TCP was the main phase and phosphate glass was used as an adhesive.31p MAS NMR was used to investigate the bonding of the interface.The results indicate that that crystalline diealeium pyrophosphate(Ca2P2O7)is separated at the interface of ceramic and glass,which is benefit to the strength of the material.
