丁二烯-异戊二烯共聚物微观结构的测定

【摘要】 采用AC-80(Bruker)FT NMR谱仪测定了球笼烯钕系催化体系Nd(naph)3-Al(i-Bu)3-- C60X合成的丁二烯(Bd)-异戊二烯(Ip)共聚物的13C-NMR谱(见图1),在对其脂碳部分进行归属的基础上,测得了共聚物中四种二元结构组成的浓度[BB]、[II]、[BI]和[IB],根据TüDO″S等人修正的计算竞聚率的方法,由共聚物的结构组成,求得了共聚物本体聚合和溶液聚合中丁二烯及异戊二烯的竞聚率,并根据Bernoullion统计模型和一级Markov统计模型,求出了两种模型下丁二烯链节和异戊二烯链节的数均序列长度nB-、nI-,,与实际测量结果比较,证实了该共聚物的序列分布服从一级Markov统计模型。

【Abstract】 The 13C—NMR spectra of butadiene and isoprene copolymers prepared with C60- supported neodymium catalyst system (Nd(naph)3-Al(i-Bu)3-C60-X) in bulk and solution polymerization were determined by AC—80(Bruker) FT NMR (see Fig.1). On the basis of the assignment of aliphatics carbon in 13C—NMR spectra,the contents of [BB]、[Ⅱ]、[BI] and [IB] in copolymer were measured;the monomer reactivity ratios were obtained by using TüDo″s’ method.The dyad distribution composition and number average sequence length of these copolymers were calculated on the basis of assignment of 13C—NMR spectra.It was identified that the sequence distribution of monomer units in all copolymers follows first—order Makov statistical model.
