【Abstract】 Theα- andβ- isomers of tert-Butyldimethylsilyl 5-O-Monomethoxytrityl- 2,3-O-benzylidene-D-dbofuranoside were separated by column chromato- graphy.The structure and conformation of the compound were identified by ¹H-NMR spectra.¹H-NMR data showed that 5.72ppm (J_1,2=3.9Hz) could be assigned to theβ-isomer （1-Ha） when 2-H of the compound is equatorial bond.更多还原
