多晶粉末SrMgF4:Gd3+的EPR研究

【摘要】 <正>多晶粉末物质电子顺磁共振理论在过渡全属离子化合物谱分析中得到广泛应用,它能简化单晶谱分析,得到如g因子,超精细偶合常数,S≥1时的零场分裂常数和其他晶格场常数,但这一理论方法应用到稀土金属离子成功的例子并不多,这是因为稀土离子的配位结构比较复杂,不同对称晶格场作用下自旋哈密顿能级严格求解相当困难.
【Abstract】 The EPR spectrum of Gd3+ has been observed in polycrystalline SrMgF4 at 9GHz and room temperature (77K as well).Powder pattern analysis technique has been successfully applied to Gd3+ rare earth ions in orthorhombic system,which provided an evidence that this technique is extremely useful since a strong crystal field interaction made interpretation of the single crystal spectrum quite difficult.By analyzing spin- Hamiltonian we have predicted the occurence of peaks in the spectrum and calculated the values for crystal- field parameters b20(D),b22(3E),b40,b44,and b60,which are shown in table.
