采用曲线拟合方法进行EPR波谱基线校正

【摘要】 <正>在EPR测量中,经常会遇到基线漂移问题。产生基线漂移的原因比较复杂。最常见原因有环境温度变化的影响,波谱仪电路设计的不完善,电子学元器件的不稳定性,以及谐振腔的"污染",样品或样品管中的本底信号等。基线漂移表现为波谱基线的无规则变化,这对波谱解析造成很大困难,特别是对弱信号的测量影响更大。例如在自旋浓度测量时,需要进行二次积分,如果基线不准,则很难得到准确的积分值,在做波谱模拟时,如果实验谱的基线不准.则很难得到准确的模拟谱。
【Abstract】 A program for baseline correction of EPR spectra is presented.The method in this paper used a polynomial with appropriate order to fit a experimental spectrum baseline.Then the distorted nonlinear baseline is subtracted from the spectrum.After baseline correction,the spectrum is integrated and then the integral result is calculated and tested until the baseline is satisfied.The program written in Borland C++ for Windows runs in a few seconds on 486 PC.Experimental results show that the program is simplicity and very reliable in using and management, especially when used in connection with EPR data acquisition system.
