【摘要】 <正>80年代末,抗癌抗菌素研究有重大、新的突破,发现含环状"烯-二炔"的Calicheamicinγ11,Esperamicin A1,Dynemicin A,Ncocarzinostatin,Kadarcidin等新的抗癌抗菌素。它们都有惊人的抗癌生物活性,比现今实用的阿霉素（Adricmycin）抗癌活性大数仟倍.标题化合物是经十步
【Abstract】 The chemical structure of new 6-thio-13-OXO-bicyclo[9.3.0]-3,8-tetrad■adiyn■ has been identified by NMR.IR and MS spectra.1H-NMR spectra peaks were assigned by 1H-1H COSY and 1H-1H HOMO J-resolved spectra.13C-NMR spectra peaks were assigned by DEPT spectra. So the structure of the compound was confirmed further.
