【Abstract】 2D HOESY spectroscopy has been used to examine the influence of lanthanide ions on the conformation of the choline group in the bilayers of dipalmitoyl-phosphatidylcholine(DPPC).The obesrved pattern of proton cross-relaxation reveals that N-methyl of external vesicle surface resided near the some portion of the methylences chains.These results show that lanthanide ions should not induce a conformational change of the choline group.更多还原
