醌类与电子给体间电子传递过程的时间分辨ESR研究

【摘要】 <正>本实验室利用脉冲氮分子激光器、光电转换器、延迟设备和BRUKER ESP-300型常规ESR谱仪等建立了一套微秒级时间分辨ESR装置.该装置既可用于分析反应体系中活泼自由基的瞬态结构,又能检测它的动态反应规律.其组成框图如图1所示.
【Abstract】 The time resolved ESR spectrometer,which consists of a pulse N2 laser,a photodiode,a delay gate generator and a Bruker ESP-300 ESR spectrometer,has been established successfully.It is used to detect short-lived radicals and monitor decay of the radical concentration.We also studied the mechnism of photoinduced electron-transfer reactions of several quinone derivatives by means of the time resolved ESR spectrometer.The signals of short-lived radicals and their decay curves were directly obtained.The results show that electrophobicity of substitutes of quinone derivatives and electron-donors markedly affect the lifetimes of radicals.
