【Abstract】 Acidic Phospholipases A2 from the venom of Agiskistrodonhalys pallas is a protein which has 124 peptides.Althouth its sequence was determinded by Edman degradation,its secondary and tertiary structure has not been solved.This review shows the assighment of spin systems about APLA2.COSY and TOCSY are required to clarify spin systems,but many spin systems are degenerate and may be distinguished from others with the new selective irradation method. Most of the ~1H chemical shifts have been assighed by the 2D Inverse‘J’ Spectrum experiment and the mean chemical shift caculation and the simulation of the chemical shift values.
