不同浓度染料吸附下AgBrI-T颗粒微晶的光电子特性

【摘要】 利用微波吸收相敏非接触测量技术,获得了在曝光后 AgBrI-T 颗粒晶体中自由和浅束缚光电子的衰减特性。染料增感样品其光电子衰减比未增感的快。通过分析光电子时间分辨谱的变化,发现染料吸附引起了晶体填隙银离子浓度增加,是影响光电子衰减变快的主要原因。染料浓度为3.25×10-4g/g 乳剂时,光电子衰减最快,晶体受染料吸附的影响最大;低于或高于此浓度时,光电子衰减较慢,染料由于吸附不充分或存在生成大聚集体的趋势,引起晶体填隙银离子浓度的变化较小。

【Abstract】 The decay properties of free and shallow-trapped photoelectron in dye sensitized tabular AgBrI microcrystal are detected after exposure with the microwave absorption phase-sensitivity untouched technique.The photoelectron decay process of dye sensitized samples becomes faster than that of the unsensitized sample.The accelerated decay process mostly attributes to the adsorption of dye molecular on the surface of AgBrI crystals since the concentration of interstitial Agi+ ions is increased when the dye molecules are adsorbed onto the surface of crystal.The condition in which a fastest decay presents is 3.25×10-4g/g emulsion of dye concentration,and the adsorption of dye has a largest influence on the crystal property.When lower or higher than this condition,the adsorption degree is poor or the dye molecules have a tendency to form bigger dye-aggregates,then the variance of the interstitial Agi+ions is less than that in 3.25×10-4g/g emulsion and causes a slower photoelectron decay process.
