羟基自由基治理养殖海水的实验研究

【摘要】 本文针对当前海水养殖中存在的病害严重、能耗高、水质排放超标等问题,进行了采用强电场电离放电制取羟基自由基(OH)治理养殖海水的实验研究。OH 溶液比值浓度为0.74mg/L 时,就可以完全杀灭弧菌、大肠杆菌;CH 处理后的养殖海水溶解氧上升到22.1mg/L,化学耗氧量下降97%,亚硝酸盐含量降低了69%, 氨氮的浓度下降到0.17mg/L,养殖海水水质改善效果显著。因此,强电场电离放电方法制取羟基自由基溶液是一种有效、可行的绿色处理养殖海水的方法。

【Abstract】 In this paper,experimental studies on treatment of aquiculture seawater with hydroxyl radicals generated by strong ionization discharge were carded out aiming to solve the problems involed in this process,such as severe diseases,high energy consumption and effluent beyond the limits.The results show that the quanlity of the water was greatly improved after this treatment. Vibrio and E.coli can be completely killed when the ratio concentration of.OH is more than 0.74mg/L Disolved oxygen(DO)was increased to 22.1mg/L;Chemical oxygen demand(COD)and the content of nitrite were decreased by 97% and 69% seperately.The concentration of ammonia-nitrogen was reduced to 0.17mg/L.Thus,strong ionization discharge is a green and efficient way to generate hydroxyl radicals that can be utilized to treat aquiculture seawater.
